Resolved - The Console experienced slow responsiveness from 11:56am (AEST) 22 August 2019. The customer impact has been low and we have received minimal calls for this issue. Our technical team were able to were able to identify a system issue and apply fixes to resolve this at 2:00pm (AEST) 22 August 2019.

Investigating - We would like to advise customers that we are currently experiencing some issues with our customer facing console as of 11:56am. Customers may experience slow responsiveness from their console or the inability to log in. We are investigating this as a priority and will post updates as they are available.

Resolved - We would like to advise that our phone systems have been restored. Our technicians have resolved the high CPU issue on the central server. This is being marked as resolved as of 12:30pm AEST. We understand that phone support is important to provide excellent customer service, we're glad we can continue assisting our customers.

Update - Our phone systems experienced a degradation of service from approximately 11:50am to 12:130pm AEST. This was resolved by our technicians. The root cause of the issue is being investigated to ensure this doesn't reoccur, our technicians will continue to monitor the phone system is functioning correctly.

Monitoring - The degradation with our phone systems has now been resolved as of 12:30pm AEST however we will continue to monitor this for the next 30 minutes to prevent this from re-occurring.

Scheduled - Our technical service team would like to advise customers of maintenance to our Managed Exchange service. This maintenance is being performed in an effort to update the Managed Exchange servers.

Service Impact:
Users on affected servers will experience approximately a 1-2 minute outage during the scheduled maintenance.

During this time users will be unable to access their mailboxes or receive mail. Mail received during this time will begin to appear once the maintenance has been completed.
